1. Customized cake orders are accepted minimum 7 days in advance and for wedding cakes 15 days advance booking is
mandatory.

2. Specify your requirements for cake like occasion, theme, kgs
required, flavor, outside coating, delivery date, timing, share
reference picture if any, cake topper etc to help us carve your
dream cake.

3. In case of reference picture, 100% replica is not possible, but our
efforts will always be to fulfill your wishes or better than that.

4. Verbal, call communication, WhatsApp chat etc. will not be
considered as booking confirmation. 50% advance payment is
mandatory for booking.

5. Prior to design or sketch of cake is chargeable. [500 Rs].

6. Last moment or one day prior cancellation of booking are not
acceptable. For refunds, minimum 2-3 days prior intimation is
mandatory.

7. Home delivery facilities are available with nominal transportation
charges.

8. Once delivery of cake is completed, customer is liable for any
damage, accident or mishap. Bomberry bakes will not be held
responsible for thereafter damages.

9. Special services like handling the cake at the venue during the function, serving etc. will be separately charged.
